All i wanted was some aspirin and bicarbonate of soda which i know can flush it all out. When you wash things don't forget things (that can harbour bacteria) that have indirect contact with your bits, dish cloths (towel to hand to bits. Eventually), towels, sponges, your husbands underpants, things that get damp and can harbour e-coli / have bacteria, and i'd advise doing it for a few weeks?, once or twice use, then boil wash, sounds like laundry hell but thats better than cystitis hell.
