Cecilia 'Cissy' Lily Nevill Sonora, TX Cecilia Nevill 'Cissy' Lily On February 23, 2018, Cecilia 'Cissy' Lily Young Nevill passed away peacefully in Austin, Texas. Cissy truly lived marching to the beat of her own drummer. She had a strong sense of humor, independence, and was always as generous as the last slot machine she played that day.
