I recently bought Photoshop CS5 (just in time for the nice VTMs ) - but it's the German version. However, there do seem to be English language packs out there. A quick search on Google of 'photoshop english language pack' shows that there are indeed language packs you can download, but I would be cautious as some of these are from well known pirating websites which is quite the opposite of what you would ever want to download, so just be cautious.
